We are now prebooking orders for shipping in Late April-May 2012.
We have been having some random problems with our online store. So if you go to place an order and shipping looks way too high, or you have other problems, like paypal doesn't want to go through, e-mail northerntropics@sbcglobal.net or call 765-289-2929 to discuss your order with us. We're not trying to rip anyone off on shipping, we charge $2 to pack up an order plus actual shipping costs, so if it looks really high, let us know so we can adjust it. I'm not a computer genius or anything, I just want to sell plants!
If you have a preferred shipping date, be sure and note that on your orders, I will work with you as much as possible, remember though, we are located in Indiana, and our tomato and pepper plants are grown to be planted out the end of April-mid May, so we wouldn't have tomato and pepper plants ready in February and March.
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only--via USPS priority mail, occasionally we use UPS if there is a big price difference in shipping or arrival time. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking numbers when your plants are shipped so you know to expect them.
NO SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA OF PEPPERS AND TOMATOES, BANANAS AND OTHER PLANTS WILL BE BAREROOTED TO MEET IMPORT REGULATIONS. I'M SORRY, THESE ARE YOUR STATE'S RULES,NOT MINE!!!!If there are import restrictions, plants will be barerooted to meet restrictions in other states too.
